The club currently leases land in two counties in Delaware - Kent and Sussex. A brief summary of the properties are provided below. The club maintains a minimum of two dozen layout blinds (X-Landers, Pro Guides and Avery Finishers) to hunt the fields without constructed blinds. All of the Kent County Delaware fields surround the clubhouse and border the Little Creek Management and Bombay Hook Federal Wildlife refuge. This 2,800 acres of contiguous farms is unique in the state and provide limitless opportunities to pursue Canada and snow geese. The second block of farms is located south of the St.Jones River on the East and West sides of Route 1 for another 2,000 acre block. Total of 37 goose hunting fields containing a total of approximately 5,000 tillable acres.
