Access
· Members pay for the privilege to access the hunting properties and use equipment.
· Members are to exercise this access only in accordance with the Member Rules.
The property owners, Club President and staff of DelMar have full right of access to all club property at all times, and all privileges of members.

Deposits
Deposits are taken from any potential member invited to join the club. This deposit is refundable, in accordance with this policy, if an opening is not available. This deposit will be applied to the 1ST half membership payment. Deposits are not required from existing members. Renewing members are simply required to pay the first dues payment on April 1st. I will assume every member is renewing unless told otherwise.  Waterfowl deposits are $1,000.00 and the deposit for deer hunting is $600.00. Combo deposits are $1,500. Deposits are due by April 1st and the balance is due by September 1st.
Payment of Dues:  Membership fees are paid in two payments.

Members who fail to pay membership fee or any other fee on or before the due date, an invoice will be assessed a $100.00 late fee per month, if a spot remains. After 60 days late, memberships are terminated.

Members whose payments become more than 30 days late are subject to the following action:
1. Suspension of Membership until all fees paid in full.
2. Forfeiture of any amount previously paid to DelMar.

Membership Rates
The rates for members for the 2008-09 season are similar to last year.
· $2,250 Deer and Waterfowl
· $1,900 Waterfowl Only
· $1,200 Deer Only
· $1,600 Deer Only
· $900 Limited Membership - Restricted to any ten hunting days in a year (available only to returning members)

All rates include dependent children for free and yearlong access to the clubhouse. Non-depended children and spouses may join at a 50% discount. All of the facilities, including the lodge are available for deer hunters.

Guest Rates 2008-09
· Duck Hunting - $45.00 per day (tidal), $75.00 per day (ponds & impoundments)
· Canada Goose Hunting - $65.00 per day
· Dove Hunting - $95.00 per day for the first two weeks, $45.00 for the third week of the season, and thereafter $15.00.
· Deer Hunting - $75 for bow hunting. No guests during the gun season.

No guests are permitted on Opening days, first Saturdays of all seasons and all federal holidays. Guest fees are payable within 24 hours. No one individual may be a guest more than five times in one season. Any member except Limited Members, may pay the guest fee for a hunt, For example, a deer hunter may pay the guest fee and dove hunt, subject to the normal limitations. Guest may stay at the lodges, but are required to pay a fee of $25.00 per night.

Member Responsibility
Members will be held financially liable to the Landowner, Club and other members for any act resulting in the destruction of habitat, equipment, improvements or crops.

Refunds
We only offer refunds in the event of death of the member prior to the start of the hunting season. I will attempt to re-sell a membership in the event of a member becoming unable to utilize their membership. A pro-rated refund will be issued only after the membership is sold again. Absolutely, no refunds if membership is not at 100percent full. Members needing to terminate their membership are to write a letter to the management explaining the circumstances creating the need. Members asking for a refund forfeit access immediately.


FINAL AUTHORITY
The Club President, Drew Smith, retains final authority over all matters.
