In consideration of permission to train dogs on the property
located at North Little Creek Road, Dover DE and surrounding areas owned or leased
by DelMar Waterfowl Club LLC, I agree to release from
all liability for personal injury or property damage that I may suffer as a
result of the Club President, Andrew W Smith, property owners, lease holders,
or fellow dog trainers any and all forms of negligence while on the property. I understand the risks associated with
training which can include, but not be limited to rough terrain, vehicle
travel, animals and the use of firearms. This release shall be binding and
forever discharge Delmar Waterfowl Club, its officers, members, and the
requisite landowners , his/her heirs, executors, and administrators, from all
actions, causes of action, claims and demands for, upon, or by reason of any
damage , loss, injury, or suffering which I may sustain while engaged in dog
training on the owners/lease holders property.

liability and further agree to abide by the club rules and regulations
